Who we are
The data controller is Mandve. Contact: phone, WhatsApp, .
What we collect
- Name, phone, age; for under-18s — a parent’s or guardian’s phone;
- Address or landmark, district, type of place;
- Training choices: discipline, coach, package, time, level, goal, glove size, comment;
- Health form answers (injuries, heart, blood pressure, pregnancy, medication, doctor’s restrictions) — special category data, processed only with your consent;
- Where you came from (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Google) — to measure our advertising;
- Analytics cookies — only if you accept them on the site.
Why
- To book, confirm and remind you of sessions;
- Health data — only so your coach can plan a safe session;
- We don’t send marketing messages without separate consent.
Where it’s stored and who can see it
- Bookings are stored in Google services (Google Sheets and Google Calendar). Google’s servers may be located outside Georgia.
- The operator and your coach have access — the coach sees only what’s needed for training.
- If you message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, the conversation is also stored by those services.
- The website is hosted by a hosting provider; with your consent we use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for analytics.
- We don’t sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
How long we keep it
12 months from our last contact, then we delete it. Health data is deleted as soon as you ask.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, withdraw consent at any time and restrict processing — just contact us. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (personaldata.ge).
Cookies
The site uses analytics cookies only after you accept them. To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser — the notice will appear again.
